Detroit bus drivers are refusing to work today, due to concerns with the pandemic and threats from riders.Drivers have said they have been assaulted at gunpoint."It just came to a head," Union President Glenn Tolbert said Friday. "That's all."He went on to say that drivers have faced escalating mistreatment from angry riders who don't want to wear masks and that they are doing their part as essential workers but aren't getting enough support from transportation officials or the police.
