When there is a 70-degree weekend in May in the D, of course people are going to leave their homes! It was so beautiful Sunday; my family and I did a drive-by with some family members.We stayed outside and stayed 6ft apart.We almost went to Belle Isle but thank God we didn’t!It was packed and not everyone was practicing social distancing; and they paid the price.Across Detroit this past weekend Detroit police wrote 272 tickets and gave 768 warnings to people violating coronavirus social distancing orders.We’ve got to do better.
