People across the country are on edge following two mass shootings in less than 24 hours over the weekend, Dayton and El Paso. The number of casualties is rising due to two people passing away in the hospital today in El Paso.
This begs the question, “Are we ready if this were to happen in the D.”Detroit Police Chief James Craig is speaking out on the readiest of his department. He says his officers are trained for the event of a mass shooting in our city.
"Lot of people asking if we are ready. I say yes," said Craig.
He went on to say,
"Even if you're not certain, let us determine the threat, because it's in those early stages that can save lives," said Craig.
