A Detroit music icon is being honored once again.Less than a year after her passing, the Michigan Legislature passed a bill designating the Lodge Freeway (between 8 Mile and I-94) as a memorial to the Queen of Soul.It will soon be named the "Aretha L. Franklin Memorial Highway."Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is expected to sign the bill.Talk about the "Freeway of Love"!!! How deserving of a QUEEN!
