All Detroit properties owned by the Queen of Soul have been sold. The estate of Aretha Franklin has sold the 5,600-square-foot, brick mansion located next to the Detroit Golf Club on Hamilton Road. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, three fireplaces, and a three-car garage. The property was sold for $300,000 just about three months after her death.
