81-year-old Bill Cosby could be sentenced as early as today. He’s facing 5 to 10 years for drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 2004. Today a judge declared the comedian a “sexually violent predator” which means that Cosby must undergo monthly counseling for the rest of his life! Although he’s facing some hard time, his defense has requested house arrest saying that he is too old and helpless to do time behind bars.
In April Bill Cosby was found guilty by a jury of sexually assaulting Andrea Constand more than 14 years ago.

Bill Cosby has been sentenced to no less than three years and no more than ten years in jail. The judge said that Cosby will face total confinement during his time behind bars. See Bill Cosby escorted away in handcuffs below.
