Here’s a prime example of when the risk is worth the reward. Two weeks after Nike announce that Colin Kaepernick will be the face of the new “Just Do It” ad campaign, their stock closed at an all-time high of $83.47!! This also proves that Nike knows their customer. It sounds like Nike did a lot of research on who their core demo is before they made this decision. So all the boycotting and all the noise means nothing at the end of the day. Nike lands on top with Colin Kaepernick!
