On Wednesday, September 4, 2019 on the Hollywood Hall of Fame, Jackie Wilson will finally get his Posthumous Star. Before James Brown, Jackie Wilson was known as Mr. Excitement, even before Marvin Gaye he was the ladies heartthrob! In attendance to help with the unveiling, Berry Gordy Jr, Smokey Robinson and Marshall Thompson. Jackie Wilson's widow passed away, August 24, 2019 she was to accept the award in his honor. Family members and friends are expected to attend.
