Singer Usher has reportedly settled a $1.1 million lawsuit filed by a former romantic fling who has accused the singer of infecting her with the herpes virus infection. Radar Online reports the "Let it Burn" singer contracted the incurable STD around 2009 and 2010.
Legal documents revealed accuser "Fox-Davis" suffered severe emotional distressed following her diagnosis. Fox-Davis is convinced that Usher knew he was spreading the disease but unfortunately continued to engage in unprotected sex.
Usher settled the lawsuit in 2012, paying over $1 million in damages.
