Zuri Aaron Cheathem, a native Detroiter completed the requirements for college graduation from Morehouse College May 2020 and is now official a Morehouse Man. He is a Dean’s List graduate who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus in Marketing.
During his studies at Zuri actively engaged with the Morehouse experience by serving as a Business Manager of The Maroon Tiger Student Media Group, Director of Communications for Morehouse College Class of 2020, Campus Marketing Representative for Universal Pictures and Brand Marketing, Artist and Content Intern for Spotify. He also studied abroad in Salvador, Brazil and was recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30 Scholar 2019.
Zuri’s focus remains Maya Angelou’s quote: “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”Let the journey continue!
