The party went down soon after Trey Songz made a major comeback with his new song "Lit Again" featuring Ray J, Feather, and Nia Dorsey. Songz dropped the record over the summer and quickly took over the airwaves. In the official music video, Trey and Ray J showed behind-the-scenes footage from their time on "The Millennium Tour" before they hit up a lavish pool party.

Later on in the night, Jermaine Dupri's father, Michael T. Mauldin, surprised his son with a cake while everyone in the building sang "Happy Birthday." The epic party in the A happened not long after JD dropped his new album, Magic City. Dupri's first full-length album in 24 years comes with 15 tracks, including his posthumous collaboration with Rich Homie Quan, along with other songs with BunnaB, J Money, Bankroll Ni, Sean Paul of YoungBloodz, Quavo, Ludacris, Rocko, K Camp, YFN Lucci, Belly Gang Kushington, SWAVAY, Killer Mike, Jagged Edge, Lil Jon, Skooly, Princess of Crime Mob, and more.
