I was actually interested in television at first, but soon after earning a bachelor's degree in mass communications from WVSU, my first media gig was in radio. The plan was to work on my craft behind the mic until I landed the TV job, but one radio gig led to another and another and I fell in love with the industry; starting in my home state at WCHS and WKAZ in Charleston, WV, then to WWWZ/Charleston, SC, made stops at KHYS and KBXX/Houston and WJLB, WDMK and WGPR/Detroit. I've done every on-air shift -- overnights, middays, afternoon drive, evenings & late nights with music director and assistant & interim pd stripes. Most recently, I co-hosted a morning show in Houston at the heritage KCOH. And guess what? I've even done news & traffic. In addition, I'm a voiceover artist and member of SAG/Aftra with some interesting experience in background acting. Yes, background in the ABC crime series Detroit 1-8-7 (only lasted one season), Low Winter Sun, Sparkle, I, Alex Cross & 5-year Engagement. It was a great experience even if you had to pause your DVR to see me! After many years, my long time passion for music has kept the fire burning for radio. I'm a social media wanna-be-queen, a selfieologist & political junkie who's very excited to be a part of the new 104.5 Kiss FM family.
