Cooking, more now than ever

I have never cooked as much as I am cooking right now! I’ve always done breakfast and dinner. But I haven’t had to make the kids lunch, throughout the week, since they enrolled in school. Now that schools are closed, I’m the Mother, the Teacher, and the Lunch Aide... I’ve tried to make it fun by allowing them to go through the refrigerator and pantry and pick out what they want to eat and help me cook! The balance between work and taking care of my kids while I still work is not easy, but I am really enjoying spending more time with them!
