Entering It's 14th Year The Winter Blast In Downtown Detroit Will Now Be Free To All & Will Be Extended To Four Weekends! Last Year Entry For Adults Was Just $3 but This Year It Will Be FREE For ALL!! Also This Year There Will Be NO Fences Or Barriers At The Winter Celebration!
The event will be held over four weekends Starting In January... Jan. 19–21, Jan. 25–27, Feb. 8–10, and Feb. 15–17.
