What a mess it was this past weekend! Heavy rainfall Friday and Saturday caused flooding across Michigan. A State Of Emergency was declared to help address public health threats and safety-related threats.
This afternoon Gov. Whitmer took a tour of Detroit and Dearborn, where there remains flooding in certain areas. See what she had to say in the video below.
