Detroit’s own Anita Baker says no one is immune to police abuse.She recalls a time a few years ago when a stalker came to her house.She called the local police; they took him away but said they couldn’t charge him.She then went to the state police.She says in retaliation for going over the local police’s head, she was continuously ticketed.See the tweet below.
