How irresponsible can you be as a parent?! Actor Pooch Hall was arrested and charged with a DUI after bystanders saw his car bobbing and weaving in and out of traffic. Apparently he had his two-year-old son in his lap steering the wheel because he was too drunk! This all ended when the car he was driving crashed into a parked vehicle. Thank God no one got hurt! Hall ended up blowing a .25 in the breathalyzer, which is more than tripled the legal limit. He was taken into custody and released on a $100,000 fine. His son was returned to his wife. The Department of Child Protective Services is looking into this incident.
